Miracle Mile and Fairfax Village are in the affluent Mid-Wilshire and Mid-City West areas of Los Angeles.

The unofficial center is Farmers Market and The Grove outdoor shopping malls. Other landmarks are Canter's Deli in ‘Kosher Canyon’, CBS Television City, Cedars-Sinai Hospital & Medical Center, The Beverly Center indoor mall, The Improv, Pan-Pacific Park, The Silent Movie Theatre and El Coyote Mexican Restaurant.

'Museum Row' along Wilshire Boulevard includes the L.A. County Museum of Art (LACMA), the Petersen Automotive Museum and the La Brea Tar Pits museum.
